[ptp-user] Builds chained

I noticed when I kick off a parallel run of one of the projects in my workspace, it performs an incremental build of the project (expected) but also kicks off the build of the other projects in my workspace. Is there any way to chance this behavior? Does Eclipse think the projects are dependent on each other?
