[ptp-user] serious issue with Eclipse PTP uner windows

I download Eclipse PTP Luna last version for windows 32 bits. I unzipped with 7 zip to C:\eclipse then I ran exe file. But I tried creating several C++ project classes and the folders all are empty nothing.

Please can you help at all?
