Re: [ptp-user] Remote Index file location

I couldn't find it in the docs but found the page in Preferences, assuming you have a service configuration already (or create a new one as i started to do here to get screenshot). Hope this helps.
So this in in the Preferences dialog (Window > Preferences, or on Mac: Eclipse>Preferences)
You can see you can specify the index location in this dialog

Hi Vishal,

You change this in the settings for the indexing service in the service configuration properties.

Hello All,

Is there a possibility to change the indexfile location on the server for the RSE Remote Project ?
Currently i can see that the index file is getting created on the $USER_HOME/.eclipse location.

Thanks,
