I put it before the Question 'Eclipse complains "No such file or directory" when attempting a remote build for a managed project' It seems that this question needs some rework as well. At least it mentions "Debug_local" and "Debug_remote" as build configuration names, which sounds Iuno-ish to me. I should look after that as well ? It will take a few days until I will have the time to get to that. --
