[ptp-user] multiple builds when debugging

Hi,

I am trying to use the remote-generic-interactive target template when
debugging using SDM. Problem is all the active projects of my workspace
are getting compiled prior to the debugging. Is it a misconfigured
option or perhaps a bug? Could anyone please test that? Im running
Linux on client and server.
