do we have any news in this respect ? Or time lines ?

I added support for configuring a set of modules (or SoftEnv macros) for building a synchronized C/C++ project.  It's also possible to set modules in a job script -- an example is in the JAXB resource manager for Forge.  Both of these are in Juno M6.
