[ptp-user] PTP 5.0.3 and Photran 7.0.3 released

PTP 5.0.3 (and thus Photran 7.0.3) is released, with some small bug fixes and increased support for synchronized projects.

The PTP-specific update site at http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/indigo Now contains PTP 5.0.3.

The "Eclipse IDE for Parallel Appication Developers"is *not* updated -- it still contains PTP 5.0.2 so if you like you can update it with this 5.0.3 release.
