[ptp-user] Installing SDM for 5.0.1

Hi All,

I want to use SDM with Indigo and PTP 5.0.1.  With Helios, I installed and used ptp-proxy-4.0.6-I201102161000.zip.  That version was not working with Indigo, so I figured it was a good idea to upgrade.

So, I went to:
http://www.eclipse.org/ptp/downloads.php
...which contains a link to:
http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/tools/ptp/updates/indigo/ptp-proxy-5.0.0-I201106140904.zip

but the file is not found.  Does anyone know where these files are stored?
