[ptp-user] How to set include path of remote poject which is build remotely?

I establish a remote project in Eclipse of local windows XP system,and I want to 
build 
in remote Linux system.Then I have a problem:how to set MPI include 
path as a remote  
path of remote(Linux) file system but not local(XP) file 
system?
