[ptp-user] ptp_orte_proxy

Hello.

I have one problem. According to instruction, after sh BUILD in
plugins/ptp...linux... in the /bin/ directory should be a file
ptp_orte_proxy, that needs for launching Resource Manager.
But i don't have this file even after sh BUILD, so i can't launch Resource Manager.
Where can i get this file?

System: linux x86-64 with QLogic MPI as "primary" MPI and OpenMPI and
MPICH 1 and 2 as "second".
