Which version of eclipse are you installing PTP 2.0 into?
If you don't have Photran, you should not install the ptp.perf.tau.fortran.feature plugins

Please be sure you follow the instructions exactly as written,.

Hi:

I am new to PTP and eclipse. I followed this link to install PTP:
http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/release_notes/2.0. When I add PTP site
into Eclipse and click "install". I got following error:
Cannot complete the request.  See the details.
Eclipse C/C++ Development Platform will be ignored because it is
already installed.
Eclipse C/C++ Development Tools will be ignored because it is already installed.
Mylyn Bridge: C/C++ Development will be ignored because it is already installed.
Unsatisfied dependency:
[org.eclipse.ptp.perf.tau.fortran.feature.group 1.0.0.200806061515]

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.iu/org.eclipse.photran.ui/0.0.0
