Hi Beth,
it seems that problem has been solved.
If I run eclipse trough console everything is working fine, but if I run 
eclipse trough icon or launcher it don't work.
It just terminate debugger immediately.
I suppose that is happening because  environment variables of mkl are 
not defined if I run trough icon.
