thank you for your fast response. I first tried to update my configuration 
with the update manager. This did somehow not work (same error messages 
with "sh BUILD" as before). Then I uninstalled all PTP plugins and installed 
them again which did work. I was able to start the ORTE resource manager. 
Later I will check if the argument passing does work correctly now.
