[ptp-user] PTP support for LSF

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody is using or working on the LSF proxy that is
checked into CVS. I've tried to compile the proxy, but end up with various
parse errors and undefined symbols, so maybe some header file isn't being
found or included properly.

It's not obvious to me (being a PTP novice) as to what needs to be changed,
so any pointers would be appreciated.
