You can safely ignore that and all the other bluegene plugins since
they're not completed yet (probably best to remove them). There must
be something wrong with the project set file. I'll take a look.

I tried checking out the above rms -
org.eclipse.ptp.rm.ibm.bluegene.core, but still the rms 2.0 project is
not imported.
Any pointers?
