[ptp-user] Synchronization lost between Debug view and C Editor

Case: Debug MPI with np>2. (PTP RC4)
Problem: 
    When selecting different stackframe after debugger
suspends, the editor does not show the hi-lighted line in the current
view port of C editor, i.e., sometime the hi-light lost, and sometime
the hi-light line was not in the visible area of C editor.
Request:
    Synchronize the debugger with the C Editor, i.e.,
when click the stack frame in the debug view, please hi-light the
source line in the the C editor and make it visible.

Is this a defect?
