I am unable to get PTP to build since I am unable to get any target definition file to load, and I get lots of compilation errors in PTP code. I have Photon 4.8.0 as my IDE. I opened the photon.target file using the target editor. I clicked Set as target platform and Eclipse runs for a while and then the locations window is updated to look like the following, where no locations are resolved.I have also tried this with ohter target definition files for Oxygen and Neon with similar results. I also tried 'Reload Target Platform' and that also fails. I don't know why this fails. Am I missing a step?
