[ptp-dev] PTP Mars M3 build is Wednesday; PTP Simultaneous repo updated

I have updated the PTP feature list in Mars (master) simultaneous release list (ptp.agb3aggrcon) to add Perfsuite; it was added to Luna after the split off of master, so it was missing.

I think I did this correctly but if anything looks awry let me know. We retired folks get rusty.

I'll watch the repo build and the package build later this week.

The Mars M3 build includes the PTP build on Wednesday (Nov. 12) so if you have any things to add or bugs to fix, now is a good time. :)
