Late rebuild due to a Mac problem (I didn't see it on ours, but i think it was mainly in the Standard package)

Hi package maintainers,

we finally found the reason for the regressions in the Mac OSX build that have been discovered just yesterday (see [1] and [2]), and were able to fix them upstream in Eclipse Platform. The Eclipse PMC and the Planning Council agreed that these regressions are worth to be fixed for Luna SR1 with a re-spin of both builds, the Eclipse Platform build and the Simultaneous Release aggregation build.

I'm thankful that this could be fixed upstream because EPP is the main consumer of this fix, and will profit a lot that this has been detected and fixed in time. I've been working on a new version of the packages in the meantime which is available from Hudson [4].

I checked a random sample of the new packages that they contain the expected changes (and only the expected changes). With the time constraints in mind I decided to upload them directly to the download server without asking for a full re-test and sign-offs by the package maintainers, but I will be happy if some more people can verify that the issues have been fixed.

Thanks to Marcel who detected the issues, to Gunnar for checking and triaging the bugs, and, of course, to the whole Eclipse Platform team, especially David, for providing a fix so quickly! We are again on track for the release tomorrow [5].
