I made a few changes (added the repo to the composite*.xml files), and also added an SR1 version of the remote repo (downloads/tools/ptp/builds/luna/milestones/SR1). I’ve updated the simrel file so the build should be good to go.

The org.eclipse.simrel.build/ptp.b3aggrcon on Luna_maintenance is still pointing to old RC4 from june.

but I think it's ready if you want to point it to SR1-RC1 and change the release versions from 8.0.0 to 8.1.0 (and photon similarly)

There is an 8.1.0 build available [1] for people to test. This build incorporates all the bug fixes from the hackathon. I will also do an 8.0.2 build, but this will be missing some of the fixes (the ones that required a minor version increment).
