I would like to throw out a suggestion for a bug to tackle at the hackathon:

Support for stacked modules comes up at least on trestles and yellowstone and probably other systems of interest. I suspect it could be solved in the scope of the hackathon. I think the terminal commands issued by ems just need to be issued into an environment modified by the current ems configuration instead of the default login environment. Is there a more official location drop potential hackathon targets?
