Hi Folks,

  We're going to be shutting down direct access to Git via HTTPS on 
February the 16th 2014.  Your project(tools.ptp.photran) is already part 
of Gerrit which will allow you to continue using the Gerrit HTTPS URLS 
(https://commiter_id@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/r/your/project.git) for access.

Please let your project teams know, and feel free to contact me if you 
have any questions.
