[ptp-dev] Gerrit review mechanism

Perhaps I have an incorrect setting, but I was unaware that anyone had 
reviewed any part of my Gerrit submission until today, when I chanced to 
look at the link: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/17427/

Is there supposed to be an email notification system? Anyhow, I am 
working on addressing the comments.
