[ptp-dev] Luna M1 testing

And, because this is a very busy week, the very first milestone of the Luna builds

was this week.  (Luna's release is June 2014).

   CDT didn't contribute a Luna M1 milestone build so I'm not sure how useful

   all of this is, or what built with what, but we have to start somewhere...

   Parallel package *did* build, and I'm about to test it to see what I find. :)
