I've committed alot of changes to help - anyone who can proof what I did, it would be appreciated. Esp. the technical details of sync,build,includes,modules, etc.
Mostly in org.eclipse.ptp.doc.user, the major changes so far are:
01buildMPIprog.html - now has two introductory scenarios, the first one is a simple sync project. 2nd one is still (the same old) local project.
sync.html - still contains the hardcore info for sync projects
build.html - new file - More detail in building sync projects, discusses sync configs and build configs and brief discussion of modules
-->captures alot of what Greg did in a recent presentation on PTP at Scicomp
modules.html - overhauled with new images since it's moved, and text adjusted accordingly.
includes.html - new file discussing how to do remote includes for sync projects.
this keeps moving around (what works with CDT and what doesn't) so i isolated it here.
I think there are still other mentions of remote includes that are now incorrect - i will try to flush them out
So there's some duplication of content but I don't think that's bad
01buildMPIprog.html - introductory path/discussion not unlike our PTP tutorial
sync.html - lots of detail on sync projects
build.html more detail on esp sync config/build config, some on modules
modules.html - the most detail on modules
I still need to give pldt sections an overhaul, they are getting sorely outdated.
I want to add a page on Sysmon.
Screenshots in Preferences (07ptpPrefs.html) have been updated but i think it's incomplete, need to add more info)
