Most of the information we have is available from the wiki

The workshop last September has lots of information especially: http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/workshops/September_2012 - see the 'Developer Workshop' part of it.
The API documentation improves with each release, but we still have more to do.

Sorry about that, but I cannot find any full documents of PTP development, such as
 API, Plugins, Tutorial, Howto, etc.. I can see the index/content list of PTP API in
 eclipse help content, but it seems blank page at all~
