[ptp-dev] PTP Kepler RC1

The Kepler RC1 repository is complete.  Well ... 'ready' is probably a better word.
It's available now at Kepler  - Kepler - http://download.eclipse.org/releases/kepler

Some caveats about PTP contents:
Due to some last minute changes, I believe that missing from the RC1 repo are:
- SDM (a new feature containing it)
- Fortran (It's there, but it's not in any category, so if you uncheck "Group Items by Category" you can select it explicitly, or  install anything that requires it, and it will be pulled in.)
- A critical bug was fixed just after the RC1 build: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=408769 (Unable to launch application)
The ptp nightly builds after that should have these issues (and others) fixed.

EPP builds done  *but*...
   ... because sdm is missing, our EPP Parallel Package build failed. I'm trying to see if we can get something built, that we can use, as an exception.

Stay tuned, but test as best you can.

I've promoted the latest successful build to 

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging/ 

Baring any blocking problems deemed to require a re-spin, I'll promote this to .../releases/kepler on Friday approximately 9 AM. 

FWIW, I plan to have this version of .../releases/kepler be only RC1, and not composited to M7 or M6 ... there's been some issues with some of the content in those milestones such that I think we'll get better testing for the release with just RC1 as the source. Hopefully, those problematic cases are all cleared up by now, and RC1 will be well representative of the final content. 

As usual, I'll re-enable the 'runaggregator' job Friday afternoon for those wanting to get an early start on RC2.
