[ptp-dev] Makefile not synchronizing

I'll drop this in bugzilla if nobody has any other thoughts, but it may just be user error... I'm running the basic makefile Fortran MPI Pi test in a synchronized project and when I edit the makefile the changes don't propagate to the remote system, even when I do a 'synchronize all'. Changes to the source file are synchronized immediately and automatically. Any ideas?
