[ptp-dev] Local synchronized project out of date

I have a synchronized project and when I perform Clean or Build project, 
the project is cleaned/built on the remote machine, but my local 
workspace is not synchronized with the latest changes until I either do 
a Sync all now or perform a second clean or build. Since I know a lot of 
work is being done with synchronized projects, I wanted to see if this 
is an expected behavior (e.g. something that is being worked on already) 
or perhaps an incorrect setting on my part.
