I have committed Bug 403844 - "Handle when an ETFw step fails with an exception" after a design discussion with Greg, Wyatt and Chris a few days ago and after a review by Greg and Wyatt today. This provides conditional step execution to the new ETFw w/ JAXB parsing envuironment of PTP. I have also updated the "PTP/user-guides/jaxb etfw workflow" section on the wiki at http://wiki.eclipse.org/PTP/user-guides/jaxb_etfw_workflow. with an Appendix 4: Conditional Workflow Processing Examples.
