[ptp-dev] ETFw launch wizard broken in master

If I have a small patch for something that is broken in master, should I 
file a bug report and attach the patch there? The ETFw plugin/fragment 
org.eclipse.ptp.etfw.parallel has launch configuration tabs that are not 
updated to the current path for some tab classes such as the 
ResourcesTab so the Profile launch configuration wizard is missing any 
tabs with broken paths. I have a patch that updates the fragment.xml and 
also fixes a minor issue (not all tabs are currently associated with the 
launchDelegate), but that doesn't seem to break anything.
