[ptp-dev] URL for master archive (for API baseline) giving 404

The URL in the PTP environment setup instructions for setting an API
baseline <http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/indigo/> seems
to be invalid now.

I'd offer to fix it, but I'm not sure what to point people to.  We
should really be using PTP 5.0.0 for API baselines (not 5.0.2+)
because some of the plug-ins' version numbers changed around 5.0.2,
which will cause different API tooling errors if you use a later 5.0
build for a baseline.

I think the 5.0.0 master archive is
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/5.0.0/I.I201106140904/ptp-master-5.0.0-I201106140904.zip
(or the equivalent mirror URL) but someone else should confirm that...
