FYI: There are two new projects in Git --
org.eclipse.ptp.ems.{core,ui} -- which contain some infrastructural
components for environment management (Modules/SoftEnv) support [1].
I'll be patching rdt.sync and the JAXB RM in the near future.

Greg: I added these projects to pom.xml, but I'm not sure which
feature to add them to... (?)
