[ptp-dev] PTP Juno M4 - final locations

The Juno M4 build of the parallel package "Eclipse IDE for Parallel Application Developers"
is available on the Developer Builds page: http://eclipse.org/downloads/index-developer.php

Again, due to our build re-arrangements this isn't completely right but you can make it right by doing:
(1) Install parallel package from above URL
This has backlevel PTP 6.0 from 12/9 and Photran 7.x from Indigo of 10/31
(2) Update by  Instalingl PTP 6.0 Juno M4a from our update site:  PTP - http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/updates/juno
        - to update just what's in the package, select everything with yellow and blue circle-arrows
(If you're not on linux you will need to de-select Linux Intel Compiler Support under Photran - we're working on fixing this)
        - to add the rest of the PTP optional components, just select everything which includes the plug-in-folder icons too

That will give you PTP 6.0.0 M4a  which is our 12/14 build including Photran 8.0.0 also from 12/14

The next Juno milestone build is M5 which is 1/27-2/3 (so our M5+2 build adoption day would be Tuesday Jan 31)

Re: [ptp-dev] PTP Juno M4 status

The EPP parallel package for Juno M4 is done and available at
  http://build.eclipse.org/technology/epp/epp_build/juno/download/20111215-0115/
The parallel package contains PTP 6.0 from 12/09 and the Juno repository has 6.0 from 10/31
Photran in both is from Indigo 7.x
Actually all of that is better than expected.

We should get this figured out by M5.  :-)
And I will appreciate some help testing for that one as well.
You are welcome of course to test this M4 build!

You may want to take the EPP parallel package and update at least Photran from the PTP update site (see below)

Well with Vivian's help we have a build slightly too late for the M4 Juno repository but it should make the EPP build.
This does contain Photran 8.0.0

I believe the Juno M4 repo has Photran from Indigo, without the Intel feature.

Details at:

PTP Juno update site (newest with 8.0.0 Photran) is at

Juno M4 aggregated repository update site (earlier PTP build with Photran from Indigo and no intel feature):

http://download.eclipse.org/releases/staging   has PTP 12/09 build 6.0.0
                                                                        and Photran 10/31 build 7.1.0
