Server files should be generated correctly now. The build results are in:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/hudson/ptp-release (for 5.0)

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/ptp/builds/hudson/ptp-nightly (for 6.0)

Note that for the maven build, the server version number (e.g. rdt-server-windows-5.0.4.zip) is set to the same as the Bundle-Version of the org.eclipse.ptp.rdt.core.remotejars plugin.
