[ptp-dev] Web link to view files in Git repo?

With CVS, we were able to post a link on our Web site to the latest
committed version of our Developer's Guide PDFs using a ViewCVS URL,
e.g.,

http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/%7Echeckout%7E/org.eclipse.ptp/photran/org.eclipse.photran-dev-docs/dev-guide/cvs-instructions.pdf?cvsroot=Tools_Project

Is there something comparable for Git?  I found
http://git.eclipse.org/c/ptp/org.eclipse.photran.git/ but I can only
seem to get the PDFs as totally unreadable Git blobs, e.g.,

http://git.eclipse.org/c/ptp/org.eclipse.photran.git/tree/org.eclipse.photran-dev-docs/dev-guide/git-instructions.pdf

Any suggestions?  Or should I ask the Webmaster?
