[ptp-dev] bugs

A reminder to all committers (new and old) to should set up bugzilla so that you are watching the ptp-inbox@xxxxxxxxxxx address. That way you'll get notified when any new bugs are opened. You set this up by going to your bugzilla preferences page, clicking on the Email preferences tab and adding the address to your watch list.

Please also ensure that you assign bugs to yourself when you are working on them.
