proxy which I fixed. The PE proxy was ok.

Dave,

I've added "PTP_" to the beginning of all constants in the proxy
C  
code to avoid namespace issues. I think I've updated everything in the
 
LL and PE proxy, Can you check to see if I've missed anything?
