[ptp-dev] Parallel Breakpoints with Photran

I'm trying to setup some parallel breakpoints in a photran project
(using cvs builds of photran, ptp, and cdt).  In the editor when I
right click the left pane and go to Parallel Breakpoints -> Toggle
Breakpoint, nothing happens.  Jeff told me in the past (ptp 2.1) it
was possible to set them.  Is there something special I need to do to
get them to work?
