[ptp-dev] Vote for Committer status for Vivian Kong has started

This automatically generated message signals that Chris Recoskie has
nominated Vivian Kong as a Committer on the tools.ptp project. The reason
given is as follows:

Vivian has contributed 26 patches to PTP and RDT, and has been particularly
key to releng efforts on PTP.  I wish to nominate her for commit rights so
that she can continue these efforts more easily.

attachment-contributor to contain the string vivkong).


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 10 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Vivian Kong must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.
