And I still have a schedule conflict (through May), so here's Photran's
status:

I. Move to PTP
  A. Infrastructure changes - DONE except for problems with
     - Project summary page
     - Portal
     - (Anything else?)
  B. Internal changes (Bugzilla 271839) - TBD
  C. Electing Greg as committer - IN PROGRESS

II. Release schedule - Same as before

III. Other
  A. Jay is acceptance testing for NCSA
  B. Plan/work items same as before
