[ptp-dev] CVS reorganization

Hi all,

Now that the number of resource manager implementations is starting  
to grow, I'd like to move them out of the 'core' folder and into  
their own 'rms' folder on the CVS server. This shouldn't affect  
anything other than needing to delete and re-checkout the projects  
from the new location.

Let me know if anyone has a problem with this.
