[ptp-dev] 1.1.1 target date

I'd like to set the target date to spin a 1.1.1 release as Wed 9/5.  
There are only two open bugs on 1.1 at the moment, and both are  
probably not fixable in this timeframe. Beth, will you be able to  
help out getting the update site updated?
