This a known problem. There's a bug fix coming out in the 1.1.1 release soon.

- Second, as I saw in ptp help, I can see program output in Console view, but how ? I can see program output in console which I run eclipse, but Console view in eclipse is empty.

Program output is sent to the process detail view. You access this by double clicking on the processes in the job. The console view is not used.
