Re: [ptp-dev] View execution time, communication time and idle time

Hi.
Thanks you for your answer. I've tried to run perfdmf_configure some time but still got that error. Is there any error with Tau eclipse plugin ? (cause the error message : ava.lang.NoSuchMethodError: edu.uoregon.tau.perfdmf.DatabaseAPI.initialize(Ljava/lang/Object;Z).
I can add a trial and upload ppk file in paraprof window manager.

Hi,
You may need to execute:
% perfdmf_configure
and choose the database name, type, login, password (say yes to storing
password in the .ParaProf/perfdmf.cfg file) and then restart Eclipse/PTP.
Also, you may want to confirm that your database is accessible from
Paraprof. Try adding a trial and upload a profile dataset to it by right
clicking on the "DB" tab in the paraprof manager window.
Thanks,
- Sameer
