[ptp-dev] Open64 3.1 Eclipse Plugin

Greetings,

   The University of Houston's High Performance Computing and Tools 
Research Group, under the direction of Dr. Barbara Chapman, has made 
available the Open64 3.1 Eclipse Plugin. This plugin is designed to 
integrate into the latest Photran release. It provides compiler support 
for Fortran programs under the Open64 3.1 compiler. The source and 
binary packages can be downloaded from 
http://www.cs.uh.edu/%7Eopenuh/download/.
