[ptp-dev] UI changes in HEAD

Hi all,

I've just committed some changes to the UI that you might be  
interested in. I've changed 'jobs' and 'machines'  views so that they  
now work across all resource managers (no more selecting from  
menus!). I've also changed the way the PTP Runtime perspective is  
laid out. Make sure you 'reset' the perspective to see the new  
layout. Check out item #18 on the 2.0 TODO list on the wiki (http:// 
wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/PTP/planning/2.0/TODO) for more details of  
the changes.
