[ptp-dev] Fixed Process Output

I fixed the process output so that when you view a running job the 
stdout/stderr from that process will appear in the process window (if 
you have it open).

Really I worked around a piece of broken OMPI code that I've asked the 
devels to fix but they're probably too busy with more important issues.  
So I changed the way I got the process output and it's a bit more robust 
now - even if they do fix the current bug then our code will also still 
work with it.
