[ptp-dev] Simulator - Changed to start machine numberings at 0

I had to change the simulator so that it numbers machines starting at 0
instead of 1. This may be less intuitive to the user so we can go back
and change it in the future - but for now it was really screwing up a
few connecting systems that expected numberings to start at 0. So now
when a user users the preferences to say they want 4 machines those
machines will be named 'machine0, machine1, machine2, and machine3'.
If this effects the simulated debugger or other systems, hopefully
Clement and/or Donny will step up and fix those systems.
