[ptp-dev] RC1 testing: FDT icons etc.

Following instructions in PTP 1.0 release plan at

Under FDT

After step 6. add a step to open the Make Perspective.

Step 7. icons in toolbar: rightmost icon for me said "New C++ class" as
hover text and had "C" on it.
      other three looked ok with "M"

Step 8/9. context and  menu icons: I have "C"  in icons for source folder,
source file, and class.   Also have H in header file.  Should that be
there?
                          (Project icons do have "M" in them)
